The Screening Process
All of our baby nurses, baby specialists, and night nannies are extensively interviewed and must fill out a lengthy application which includes questions about their experience and family background. A 30 question phone interview is conducted with four of their references. Local and national criminal background checks are completed along with a five year driving record.
